Social Studies Teacher - 6th & 8th Grade
Begin August 2019. Full time position. Teaching duties may include World Geography and Cultures, European History, US History and current events. The qualified candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Illinois Learning Standards for Social Science, and should be highly collaborative. Candidates with experience with diverse instructional strategies and a background in MTSS and progress monitoring are preferred.
Secondary certified Social Studies teacher (preferred)
Coaching and/or adviser position at the middle or high school level may be available if the applicant is interested.
