Congratulations to Pecatonica High School's most talented theater arts students! The Voice Awards honor outstanding performers, technicians, and student leaders who have gone above and beyond this school year. At the Voice Awards Night on May 20th, Olivia VanNatta was awarded Best Lead Actress in a Play, Harlee Shumaker was awarded Best Supporting Actress in a Play, Joshua Hagemeier was awarded Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, Anna Zimmerman and Brody Neville were awarded Best Duo for their performance in the Odd Couple, Trevor Buck was awarded Best Small Part for his performance in Annie, and we were also awarded Best Set Design for The Odd Couple play! It was an exciting night for all! Mark your calendars for May 19, 2027 at 6pm to join us for next year’s awards night!

Today, PES celebrated the first-ever running of the Pecatonica Derby. Students and staff created hobby horses and rode their steeds in a race to determine whose hobby horse skills were unbeatable. Each grade level had two champions, and Miss Benney and Mrs. Schneiderman took the title for the staff. Congratulations to all of our winners! It was a fun day for all!
