2nd Quarter Middle School Awards Assembly

2nd Quarter Middle School Awards Assembly - The middle school rocked their 2nd Quarter Awards Assembly, Thursday, January 15, 2019. Students were recognized for Academic Honors and presented with certificates such as AR winners, Boys Basketball, A Honors Roll, Superior Honor Roll, Student of the Quarter, and Kindness Awards. Mr. King did a great Elvis impersonation and the Staff dressed in 50s clothes came out doing the jitterbug! Superior Honor Roll Students received a variety of candy that was popular in the 50s like Sugar Babies, the 8th Grade Academic Bowl team was presented with Hoodies as they celebrated their Back to Back Route 72 Conference Championship victory, and the 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team was presented with T-shirts for their Route 72 Conference Championship. The assembly was followed by a Hula Hoop contest. “Thank you, Thank you very much” for making the assembly so fun for students!!!
