Military Care Package follow up - Ms. Medearis wanted to pass along what she got from the young men and their families who received a care package over the Holidays:
Boston Nimmer from Shirland sent a nice thank you letter and some patches that they wear on their flight suits.
Davin Knight from Pecatonica sent "Hey Mrs. Medearis I got a notification that I got a package from you and your class! The post office has been closed due to Italian holidays, but I should be able to pick it up tomorrow. I just wanted to thank you ahead of time!"
Bonnie Letton sent "Good Morning, My friend said her son Brooks Wartgow called and said he received the care package(s). They actually came before Christmas! He said it was so much he shared it with the whole ship. He also told her he planned to write a note but she has doubts about the follow through on that. He is working 18 hour shifts with 6 hours of sleep time. She thanked you about 6 times in the conversation we had. Thank you, Bonnie Rae"
Haylee Craft's husband, Nick, had his photo taken with his care packages that she forwarded to Ms. Medearis.
