This week dozens of new toys were donated to the local Toys for Tots organization; all thanks to the amazing students at PCMS who made this a very successful fundraiser!
In addition to the 67 new toys that were donated by students and staff, Airheads candy was sold in Mr. In Bukoski's classroom, Mrs. In Merrick's classroom, Mrs. Topper’s room and in Mrs. McGrew office during lunch. Airheads sales were a huge success, raising over $400. Special shout out to the above staff members for volunteering to sell Airheads in their rooms.
With the candy profit, 32 toys were purchased (toys that the middle school students voted on to purchase) including: Legos, remote control vehicles, games, magnetic tiles, basketballs, volleyballs, Nerf guns, Squishmellows, Playdough and Karaoke microphones.
The PTO also generously donated some toys from Santa’s Workshop, which included over 75 items. We appreciate the PTO’s help in supporting our Toys for Tots fundraiser.
