Pecatonica CUSD 321

On Saturday, January 10th, Pecatonica Schools had two of our student/athletes participate in the Special Olympics of Illinois Region A Basketball Skills Competition at Dixon High School. Our two students Trace Calvert (8th Grade) and Ryan Frieir (Jr.) did an excellent job competing in their respective divisions against many other students competing from Region A which covers a large northwest region of Illinois spanning from as far south as Streator and Princeton to the northern regions of Rockford and Belvidere. Trace placed 6th within his division while Ryan placed fourth in his division. They did a great job!! Congrats!!
