A Vaccination Clinic has been scheduled on May 18, 2021, for your respective school districts to offer youth 12-15 the opportunity to be vaccinated. With this group, we also extend the opportunity to family members, friends, relatives who are over the age of 12. This will be held at Winnebago High School.
