Congratulations to the SENIOR class who were the winner of the GPA Challenge for the first half of the semester! Seniors had an average unweighted GPA of a 3.58, with sophomores close behind, followed by juniors then freshmen. Seniors were treated to Culver’s frozen custard TODAY!

Ms. Medearis's Social Studies - In studying Indian Removal in the 1830s, students were given tribes to study and share. They had the option of adding foods, music, dance, and costume to give points to the presentations. Look at all the great food they had Monday, 10/15 during 1st hour! 👀

In September, 5th graders learned about the sun's energy and UV light with solar beads (bracelets). There are 2 pictures inside the classroom (before) and 2 pictures outside with the UV light (after). Thanks for sharing Mrs. Fowler 🌞





Crosswalk Safety! Please 'slow down’ while entering the Pecatonica School Zone. Obey the crossing guard stop sign and wait patiently as students safely cross busy streets to and from school each day. If you notice a careless driver REPORT it immediately (car’s make, model, color, and license if possible). Thank you!

Some of the Elementary staff played Hungry Hungry Hippos at the end of the day assembly.




Today the Elementary School held their Jog-a-Thon assembly. Students who earned Tape the Principal got to cash in on their prize. Top lap runners and top fundraisers were also honored. Great job kids!

Congratulations to our JH volleyball teams today. 7th grade won 3rd place and 8th grade was consolation champs at the Route 72 Conf Tourney. Great Season Ladies!!!

Mr. King and a student are tearing “Smile Tickets”. Teachers will give out these tickets for students who are “caught being good”. The students will then be able to get a treat during ISP and the tickets will be used for drawings in future student assemblies. LOL😀😁😂🤣😃

This is a TEST of the Pecatonica CUSD 321 Parent/Staff Notification System. This system will be used to notify parents, guardians and staff of important information to include days when school will be closed or dismissed early due to unforeseen circumstances.

6th-8th Grade Volleyball Games at AFC on September 20th will go as follows: 6th grade will play at the Elementary School which is on 217 S Elm St. and the 7th/8th grade will play at Old Middle School which is on 318 E South St. Both are in Franklin Grove.
